Owned by a building company!!!!, U4 in dire need of refurbishing. Leaking bathroom tap, front door had been opened by crowbar and wouldn't close properly with large gap above it for insects to invade. No door screen door, no air con, very few window screens and not clean. Cleaner said I've got 11 other units to look after as well you know!!!! Not a pleasant place and/or staff. Would not recommend to anyone.
Not impressed at all. Very unkempt and needs plenty of TLC Friendly cleaners but wouldn't stay here for fear of anything and everything breaking or not working. All of them need lots of work

My family and I enjoyed exploring Augusta. It is indeed a very nice place. What were are disappointed about is the cottage. We didn't expect that thats the cottage we hired for a night.It smell, theres a lot of spider webs, insects, the furniture and appliances are too old. Theres no microwave to heat our food. No.fan or aircon. I have 2 kids with me and they are not happy. We can't rest co'z its uncomfortable. We've been to many cottages but this is worst. I will not definitely recommend this place specially to a family.
Place is old and in disrepair. Furniture smells. No wifi signal. Literally couldn't be worse.
