Large but older rooms.

Room is great ... tidy and clean. Very reasonable price. Friendly, helpful Manager. He came to my room to check everything is ok. Highly recommended.
PROS - Location is good near water and main street, large rooms, reasonably comfortable furniture and bed, full kitchen with oven, decent WiFi, in room movie channels a bonus. CONS - Unfortunately not the cleanest with food crumbs throughout the kitchen, food stuck to dishes, dust in every corner, hairs in shower competing with mold , desperately in need of bug spray . No facial tissues, no face washcloths, no air conditioning. TV is small for the room size, electric kettle leaks copiously. On a more personal note, manager made me feel very unwelcome by telling me that I never should have been allowed to book since I only reserved one night at a time when there was a two night minimum. He went on to assure me that my presence was not worth his trouble since he would have to pay his cleaning staff overtime. As a businessman his concerns are well founded, but as a businessman in the hospitality industry he should know to keep his concerns to himself. YMMV. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and tidy with cooking, fridge, air con and microwave. Washing facilities are also available. Easy stroll/walk to shops in centre of town. Recommended
