Super friendly staff and amazing customer service!
Took ceramic Christmas tree in to have it wrapped and shipped. It was in a gift bag with only tissue paper around it the way I purchased it at craft fair. The man took it to back where I thought he was wrapping it...came back and had the bag taped. He said he would ship like that and put bubble wrap and peanuts around it. I told him it was glass...he said it would ship that way..I told him you're the expert. A couple days later my sister informed me the tree arrived broken. Went back to file claim. He was very angry (but always seems angry when I've been there) when I said it wasn't wrapped properly. He told me ( not in a nice way) he could have put more bubble wrap and peanuts and charged me more????? I thought the purpose of him wrapping was so that it would get there in one piece. He blamed it on UPS. He is very rude and seems to have anger issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Being nice doesn't cost anything!.
The male owner is very angry about something and takes it out on the public. I've used this place for shipping in the past and always felt my business was unappreciated, but at least my packages were sent! That said, I recently had to get something notarized and using them seemed like an easy option...until I had to go back because there was something the owner/notary missed 2x - It was a sneaky place that needed the notary to fill in. When I kindly and quietly told him the error, he fixed and notarized then still asked me to pay another 3.00 - I already paid $6. I suggested that he forgo the fee since the part he missed was the responsibility of the notary. He shoved that paper at me like an angry child. I told him he wasn't a very nice man and left.
This man at the counter of our local Go in Postal needs to do the community a big favor and just step away from the front counter and allow someone else to interact with the public. Why someone would want a business of this nature yet be so unfriendly and rude to pretty much everyone who he waits on is a mystery to me. The guy is totally consistent in that he never smiles, never greets customers if he can possibly prevent it and clearly just wants to process your order and get rid of you as swiftly as possible. Hey Mr. Man....why don't you do us all a favor and find a dark isolated cubicle to work in where you never have to be bothered by humans. I'm pretty sure there is someone out there that would enjoy working with the public. Why don't you do us all a favor and go find that person?
LOVE this place! Super convenient and easy! Been going here for my postal needs for about 8 years. I almost never have to wait in line and there fur baby, Bailey, is super sweet and beyond cute! My daughter was 4 the first time we came here and now she's 12 and still loves coming here and seeing Bailey!
